General chat. What's going on?

I'm moving from paper records to electronic records at my office this week. Half exciting, half daunting.

I have to shoot a wedding for my cousin this weekend. I haven't taken a serious photo in about a year and my equipment isn't particularly well suited. Last wedding I shot was in 2007.

I'm busy fermenting some California Petite Sirah and Merlot. The PS needed lots of adjustments as it was way overripe (30 brix or SG 1.129!)...had to add water, acid and a sh!tload of nutrient. It's going to end up with 16% alcohol :o . I should get my valley grapes in a week or two. Muscat and Cayuga.

Now that what is left of the big bird is in the fridge, and seeing as I'm on holidays for a week, I think I'll go see if I can find Daffy. :mmm:

I get home, my friend started the BBQ and put the bird on. He gave the wife instructions based on grill temp of 250'-300'. I walk through the door and she tells me we have stalled at 205'. Yep thats internal bird. Not disgusting but disapointing.
