Meteor shower tonight

I said to my wife: "Oh, meteor shower this weekend. I guess it'll be overcast." And it was, out here on the Eastern Shore. Yes, I was actually surprised that is was clear here. Its also my wife's birthday, so we always make an effort to watch the Perseids and without fail its overcast.
