A 9 year old made my day!
Another amazing first in my teaching career today. After asking a 9 year old to step into the hall so I could talk to him about the proper time to shout things out in class he refuses to go. Upon further discussion he decides it is in his best interest to go... but not before hissing and growling like a panther at me and death staring me until he was in the hall. That's right, a child HISSED AT ME! I love my job! Seriously, how many people in other professions can say this?

At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter.
