Shanahan is a moron for not putting in Cousins to start the 3rd quarter. Dumb dumb dumb.....

Cousins is a solid game manager for sure (as opposed to Webb!) and RGIII certainly did more harm than good out there. I was going for the Shithawks anyway so I was happy to see them flounder. I wondering how many thousands of dollars they pay to have Dr. James Andrews, the most well known sports physician out there, on the sidelines for their games?

Snyder is a billionaire of some sort, and he has a known tendency to throw around very larges chunks of money. 6 figures?

Just for giggles, this article is pretty funny about how much of a fucknut Snyder is.

I read that on Friday actually via another article by the same author on this season's team and Snyder:

Brian Burke is out in TO, interesting move 10 days before the season starts

That franchise is fucked up.

The beginning of a great year for the Leafs.
Just think about it... it's halfway through and they are tied for first place, and they will be until next week.

Time for yet another fresh start - players, owners, GM's coaches all have to step up and figure out that just because you continue to make oodles of cash at the expense of ML fans, it's not acceptable to put out sub-par performances year after year. As for the timing? Guessing that the owners didn't expect the season to be on this year and then their hand was forced once the half season was salvaged.
Since the Leaf's seem to come out of the gate hard and then fall flat for the second half of the season, maybe the short season will finally allow them to get back into the playoffs.
As for me, it took a couple of years for me to get back into watching and following the NHL after the last lockout. At this point, I haven't missed it, and quite frankly, can't see me putting in any effort to follow it for this season. Playoffs that extend well into June don't interest me that much - I would rather be outside enjoying the spring weather than watching hockey, especially since the NHL caters to the American market with Saturday and Sunday afternoon games. Shortening the season and shortening the playoffs would get my vote. Wrap it all up in May!

I haven't missed hockey because I have football, but after the superbowl, I'll be happy to have it around.

I'm the same way! I didn't really care about the lockout, I don't pay to go to games so i'm just as happy that it will be back on my tv which I pay for either way.

Couldn't have said it better myself. I haven't really missed hockey this year either. There's a couple of guys in the office that are chomping at the bit to get a pool going - I keep my money thanks. I will stay in my keeper league, but that's more because I don't want to lose my spot next year when I'll probably be interested again.

What a dirtbag. I hope the studio burns down with them in it. Hopefully he and his fucking Livestrong operation get sued into the stone ages.

And Peyton fucks it all up with an INT in the playoffs yet again...

Best regular season quarterback of all time. At least Tebow won a playoff game. Ironic.

I don't know - I think blown coverage by the Bronco's D kept letting the Ravens back into the game. The INT certainly put the nail in the coffin though.

At 20-0 I was going to just go outside and drink beer while making supper ... now I'm stuck drinking beer and watching the game - guess supper may be delayed!!!
