According to this it's a dud. Potentially creepy stuff though.

Interesting. This app may be a dud, but Spark had a story this week about software that given a photo could identify the person quite often: still not even close to "most of the time", but often enough that you can reasonably expect if someone's looking for you, they'll find you eventually.
