Cost of home wiring???

Have a line on a cheap bungalow along the Cabot Trail. There was a house fire some years back and it went to a tax sale. Structurally it's good, but all the electrical needs redoing (the panel was trashed in the fire, but the wiring was super old regardless) Wondering what a ball park estimate would be for the following:
1. Reconnect to power (there's no longer meter on the house, but it is right next to a pole).
2. Put in a new panel, either 100 or 200 amp
3. Very basic household wiring: place is open concept, about 1000 square feet, two levels, one room on lower, open space plus bathroom on upper. Would like to brew, plus oven, so probably two 50 amp plugs downstairs, plus assorted lights and basic electric outlets on both levels. (The house will be down to studs, more or less.)
