None.. whatya mean? It is just like hooking up a dryer, except safer (GFCI).

My GFCI is wired into my panel, so I need to get the city to approve the change.

If your brewery plugs in like an appliance then whatever... If it's hardwired into your house that's a different story.

Yeah it's hard wired unfortunately. $116 to get the city to check it.

Yeah probably easiest to plug into existing dryer outlet.
