Places in Boston that are Family and Beer Friendly?

Heading to Boston and Plymouth in May with the family and we'll need to stop and eat while we're there. Can anyone recommend anywhere that's both family and beer friendly?

Rock Bottom seemed to satisfy our diverse group ( 4 "adults" + 2 21 year old + a 12 year old).
House beers were good, food was also good (I get the fish tacos and beans/rice normally, burgers are good as well).
Boston Beer Works is supposed to be good, haven't had it but my buddy went and liked it
