My tenants are looking for a subletter for one bedroom in my rental house for September 1 (although the room is vacant now). This is not entirely off topic because we brew on site and need help drinking the beer so a fellow Brewnoser or Brewnoser wannabe would be ideal. The subletter should also enjoy music.

Phyl has decided to leave so the entire house (3 bedrooms) is available for September 1, although the remaining tenant will consider staying as a subletter if the new lease signer wants him. The rent is $1600/month.
