I have the 12' x 13' x 20' garage in a box from Canadian Tire, goes on sale once a month for $499.
Been up for a full year, I store our Hybrid camper in it during the winter.
We had a couple big storms this winter and of course Author this summer. It has stood up well.
I mounted mine to a rail of wood and have another rail of wood anchored to the ground so I can move it with ease to get the camper in and out.
The roll up door is nice, but needs different pullys as they jam.
I did take the precaution of sweeping the snow off with most storms with my extension pole and brush I use for house cleaning to make sure was safe.
This summer I have stored a lot of lawn/garden equipment to keep out of the garage.

Re: Building a Garage
We have a good spot among the trees that will shelter it, but we plan on anchoring it down as well, either with helical anchors or with rebar
This is my signature. There are many like it, but this one is mine.
