I'm using the xbmc remote app on my iPhone.
(arrows, play, pause, back, home etc.)

I also bought a cheap remote on ebay that i can use as well.

Yeah FFW/RW, don't work very well on it, hoping an update will help with that.

I think that's XBMC, rather than the PI. It's no better on my XBMC on Apple TV.
Currently on tap: Whiter Shade of Pale!

Raspberry pi doesn't do bulk sales. It's was developed by an NGO for educational purposes and they state clearly they can not offer discounts on bulk sales. That being said, perhaps we can get a group deal on the Brewpi or the Arduino Leonardo, but I'm still on the fence if this setup is worth the money. For an online temp-controaler all in I think it will cost around $155 (35 for the pi, 30 for the Arduino, and 90 for the BrewPi), plus power control, SD card, customs, and shipping. Plus you will need a fridge/freezer to convert.

The shipping cost from Newark could still be split and perhaps get some small discounts on accessories if enough were ordered.

Also the Pi is $35 plus tax and shipping in Canada. Shipping from Newark is $8.

I think it would be useful for people who brew offsite. For those of us brewing at home the advantages diminish quickly, other then it being a really cool project.
