Merry Christmas to everyone. Just made a dough for Hot Cross buns while I am waiting for everyone to get up to see what the drunk left us under the tree.

I had two Christmas miracles this year...
the first one occurred on Dec 24 when I confirmed that I had indeed scorched the beer I brewed a few weeks ago for the holidays... well I was fiddling with the keg and bumped the one next to it that I thought I had emptied a couple of weeks before, and lo and behold it`s still half full! The best part it`s my Old Speckled Bastard and it`s better than ever!! SCORE!
The second one happened on Dec 25 after my father told my sister there were no Guinisses left in the fridge, when I went to the fridge to get something else, lo and behold there were two Guinesses left!!
