(Also still looking for a grain mill... if anyone has any, you know, just laying around gathering dust...)

I was also looking to see if anyone else had any, as well. Perhaps for less than $35 a keg. I know that's still a lot cheaper than, say, NG, but still... I know they sometimes go for $25 a keg and if I can save money I will.

Good luck finding them for $25 in HRM. There's a guy near Moncton who sells them for $25 but by the time you drive up and back, you're up to 30/35 a keg.

Hmm... thanks for the heads up. I'll set my minimum expectation to $30-$35 from now on

No worries, I just didn't want you to think that was the norm around here for kegs. On the rare occasion you will find them for that locally, however they are usually snatched up pretty quick!

Yeah, the ball locks are coming to an end, and the price is climbing. Not sure if the Coke kegs will come online at a better price as they start to unload them...I think $30 locally is reasonable. Not great, but not retail...

That guy has 5 left. I had contacted him, but in the end I couldn't swing the transport. Great deal for Islanders though.

Geez... those Coke Kegs are a pretty good price... I just got a couple of Pepsi kegs from a friend of a friend, I think the two will do me for now... wish I didn't have so much other equipment to buy to round out my all-grain setup or I'd grab a few of these Coke Kegs :S
