WTB 2.5 gal carboys

Post by storm beers » Tue Mar 24, 2015 9:01 pm

Hi there
I'm looking for some 2.5 gal carboys for my weird beer batches, but if you have any odd sized 2 or 3 gallons I'd be happy with them too. I'm in NB, and will travel. Happy to trade, or pay cash.
Thanks in advance

Noble grape carries 3 gal carboys. I beleive they have a spot in Fredericton

"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

Thanks guys
I'll probably end up going that route in the end. I'm always hopeful that someone will have what i'm looking for gathering dust and taking up space in the basement, and what they'd rather have are some beers and homemade jam. I'm also cheap, so there's that.
I should have specified that i'll travel to Moncton for them, as i'm outside Sackville.
Thanks for the heads up though!

Keep looking on Kijiji, got 2 or 3 there along with a bunch of larger carboys for $60 from somebody that was quitting the winemaking hobby.

Fermenting: Oud bruin/Vienna Pekko SMaSH
On tap: Nelson dry hopped Berliner/ Scottish Heavy 70-/ NE IPA
