Surprised and not surprised. For those of us unable to make Halifax meetings or living under a rock where is Nash going? Is he starting his own brewpub/brewery? I'm thinking he's to young and pretty to retire. Those are some big shoes to fill for the incoming brewer!!

Ha, ha. I'd take the job just "to train with our current award winning brewmaster". Does that mean that the new brewer is allowed to steal Nash's recipes?

Any chance you are going to make gluten free beer using clarity ferm/brewers clarex? It would really improve the quality of life of celiacs everywhere if you did.

I hear ya. I've been thinking on making a real one so we'll see. The GMO issue is a bit of a cluster that I'm not sure I want to get into.
