Looking for two tap handles

Post by sucanushie » Thu Jul 10, 2014 10:30 am

Anyone have a couple tap handles around they want to part with?

Looking for something that I can paint with chalkboard paint to put what is on each tap.

These are decent for $11. You can remove the steelback stickers and paint with blackboard paint.

Here they are on mine, I have since replaced the stickers with my own.

I have two you can have...maybe you can paint them with chalkboard paint?

They are the one on the bottom, and top left.

you may be able to see in the pic, the tall handle doesnt have a ferrule...you can get one, or just drill the handle out and screw in an insert (which I can give you if you wanted to do that).

where ya at?

I have the Steelback ones as well. Unfortunately they are too tall and thick to work on a keggerator, the taps don't close.

I had to make modifications to my keezer for them to fit...

Paint a puck with BB paint and your good. I used a reflective tape and erasable marker.

Sweet Keith. I have seen pics of famous Stanley. Nice set up. I only have 2 taps and I don't mark what is on each but I need to start. Some creative ideas around here. Here is a pic of my kegerator. A quick cell pic. Decorated by my daughter.

I let Samantha use washable markers on Stanley. She gets a blank slate every now and then. Wouldn't change it. Seems like she has fun on yours as well.

She is 2 and definitely does. I'm sure the time will come for tap locks. I like the large fridge idea or freezer. Room for more kegs and a larger CO2 tank. I think I would do allot more double batches to keep the kegs filled. When my kegerator dies I'll make the switch.
