So other than buying a big ass jar of pickles and either eating them all or dumping them out, where is a good place/source for wide mouth 1 gallon glass jars?

There's some large jars at the Bulk Barn, some bigger than that.

I got a couple at Superstore a couple summers ago. Worth checking.
