You could always look for a corona mill at local flea markets. Usually you can get them from around 10 bucks

OBK's is reasonably priced (a heck of a lot cheaper than the Noble Grape, anyhow):

Yeah but I just blew a ton of $ to get set up for BIAB and 4 new tires and brakes on my wife's car so I'm hoping for cheaper or should I say more cost efficient or slightly abused and or used.

cost effective is to get a friend to mill it.
it'd be nice if the group had equipment that could be borrowed.

It may be a bit beyond your budget. But I will have dual-roller mills (the same one that NG and OBK sell) for just a little more then OBK, with a discount (10%) and no shipping it might work out. They'll be listed at 114.99 + tx and I'll have a few (like 3) in stock end of next week.
Otherwise feel free to stop by my place and I'll mill it for you. Less of a drive then Cheticamp, but not as picturesque!

Dave, do you have any of these grain mills in stock or plan on ordering any? Thanks.
