Anybody have experience with these? Wouldn't mind picking it up if corks wine (he said it was difficult?) and caps bottles well.

That's a neat little unit, don't see them often here. One of my BYO's has a feature on using that capper to do belgian bottle corking.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter.
