Decent Kegerator/Keezer thing in need of repair

Looks like a deal, until you get to the part where it says its broken. Just because he says it only needs a recharge doesnt mean I have to believe him. If something is punctured its gonna be a bit more than a top up, but if it is only that... would be decent.
