WTB: Bottles

Post by weir » Tue Jan 29, 2013 10:29 pm

My first ever brew is in the bottles and I'd like to get started on my next batch but need more bottles. I have 18 swing tops but at $2 a pop locally I don't want to buy 45ish more of them, and my wife would kill me if bought 45 pints in the next month. Anyone have some empties they want to sell/trade/give away in the Pictou County area?

Check with your local recycle depot to see if they can hang on to Grolsch bottles for you (or if they already have any). You can pick them up at the recycle depots in Halifax for ~10 cents each.

At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:

Current GP owner is my best friends ex-wife, and not on good terms, might have to try Stewarts on the Westville Rd

Now that I think about it, I think I paid 25 cents for them too..either way, it's cheap.
