WTB: Brew Belt or other small-scale heater

I've got a problem: It's cold outside, and I'm a cheap bastard, so my basement is cold. A while ago, I was gifted a temp control chamber (from Brews, thanks!). It is a mini-fridge mounted on an insulated box, effectively quadrupling its volume. I haven't used it in the summer or as a lagering chamber yet, but would like to rig it up to keep my beers above the 10C it is currently in the basement.
So, I'm looking for a brew belt or other small-scale heater to put in the chamber to keep the beer at reasonable temp. If there's no brew belt available, then I'll put the small heater in the fridge compartment and have the fan going to circulate the warm air down. I do have a temp controller to monitor it.
If I strike out here, I'll probably opt for the "lightbulb in a paintcan" option, but thought I'd help someone clear out their extra brewing gear.
I'm looking to pick it up ASAP. Thanks!

id lend you mind but the two belts are already going.
My basement is at 15 C and my belts bring them up to 18-19 on average.

Chris if you have a heating pad (medical type one) or an electric blanket and a controller, You could get it as high as you want.

I've got nothing.

I'm in perfect health, and EZ knows to put on a sweater if she's cold in bed.
They are trainable, guys!

Chris, do you mean the heat belts sold at NG? If so I have a spare that you can have. Problem with most of the heat blankets that I have seen is that the wire has 3 leeds into the control switch, the third wire is a safety shutoff that will.... well, shut it off and that is annoying. Also if you know where to buy a crappy heat pad with only 2 wires let me know, they have many uses

Thanks DC. Liverdance has offered me an extra aquarium heater he hasn't used in a while, just have to get there to check it out. If that doesn't work, I might take you up on the brew belt. Yes, I meant the ones from NG, just trying to save a few bucks if I could (see my OP, I'm cheap!).
