My dad grew a whole bunch of sugar pie pumpkins this year. They are ideal for making a pumpkin beer (or pies too)! Anyhow, he's trying to sell a bunch off and looking for $1/pumpkin. I should have posted this earlier, but I can bring a bunch back with me to the city tomorrow and will be at Hoptoberfest.

How big are they? I'm probably making a 12 gallon batch of pumpkin beer in November sometime, is one enough, or two maybe? Anyway, I'll be there Saturday.

I used 2 pumpkins for a 5 gallon batch. They're not too big - about half the size of a typical jack-o-lantern pumpkin.

They are in my trunk but I will be home (Halifax) the rest of the week/weekend.

Ok so that makes 8 I'll bring to Hoptoberfest, may have another 2 spoken for making 10, and the 2 for Kyle - I won't include those in the total for now Kyle, since I can bring back more Monday when I'm in Mahone Bay again - 10th should be fine.

Please don't bring mine to H-fest. Rob does not need to be looking for the owner of anything extra.

Do you still have any left? I am interested in 10 or so.

I think there might be a few unspoken for, you're far too late for 10 though - my dad has sold most of them.

If my two are still kicking around I'll take them. (I don't want them if they've actually been kicked around).

I might have two more to spare. Will have to check with my dad first.
