Random Free Stuff

So in an effort to free up some very much needed space in my apartment, I'm going to be giving away some random things - mostly electronics stuff. I'll update as I find them/get rid of them.
Up for grabs at the moment:
3 boxes of brand new DVI cables (10 in each box so 30 total)
Sanyo bookshelf speaker - works great, I used to have it mounted above the fooseball table until we got a noise complaint
San Ace 80mm 48V 0.27A fans - many, many (80 or more)
Small piece of white 'drip tray material'
Carboy with something funky going on at the bottom. I'd still use it if I needed it, but it seems like a small chip came off the bottom.
more to come

I'll take a box of DVI cables, the longer the better if they're different sizes.

Perfect - they're all the same length though I'm afraid. 6 feet I believe.

err why do you have 30 6' dvi cables? attempted a wall of LCDs or something?

Nope - got them for free from work - I'm morally opposed to seeing perfectly useful things being thrown in the garbage. Sold a bunch, but I don't have time these days to mess around with idiots on kijiji as much. Want a box?!

Re: the fans. 48V, what do you suggest as a power supply for them? I have a couple of non-beer-related builds that could use a few fans for air exchange. If you get this in time, could you bring a few to RB Saturday? Thanks!

Let me know how they run at 12V...
I bet they really go fast at 120V!

They won't operate at 12V - Operating voltage is 40.8-55.2Vdc

Nick, do you still want some 12V fans? I have a couple 1.54A, 60mm if you want them. By couple I should say 4.

Hey Jayme,
I'd be interested in 2 fans if you still have them. I'm going to be constructing a couple of stir plates and I'm trying to do it for free.

That must be an Imperial couple (or US customary if you're in Utah); definitely not metric!

Sure thing Dave - although you don't want these ones... haha. They move pretty quick. I have some other lower RPM fans kicking around though that I can give you

Will you be in town at all over the weekend?
Kyle, I think you're right - a Utah couple is similar to a baker's dozen. However unlike a baker's dozen just being 1 more than 12, a Utah couple can be any quantity great than 2

It will have to be next week - I first of all have to find the fans which is no easy task in my apartment

and tonight I'll be at the Brussel's beer dinner and tomorrow night I have a work event. Some night next week should be ok though!
