I'm realizing that this brick of yeast is wayyyyyy too much, BB 03/24. I just split it up into smaller vacuum sealed packages ( every sanitary precaution was taken ) There is one with 215 grams in it that I'm willing to part with. $30. Located in Lower Sackville
