The 2021 harvest continues. Next up are 2021 Canadian-grown Magnum (alpha acid: 14.3%, beta acid: 7.8%, HSI:0.211) and Chinook (alpha acid: 13.7%, beta acid: 3.8%, HSI:0.242) in three sizes:

• 100 g (3.5 oz): $8

• 500 g (1.1 lb): $25

• 1 kg (2.2 lb): $45

These are as fresh as pellet hops come. As always they are packaged nitrogen flushed or vacuum sealed. The 100 g quantities come in resealable bags.

Once again I can ship one package (up to 5 kg of hops of your choice) for free by Canada Post next week (Tuesday), preferably to a Brewnoser who doesn't live in the Halifax area.
