Barley "Barely" crusher

Hey everyone.
I have a Barley Crusher that seems to be worn out. The free spinning roller does not catch grain to pull through the two-roller gap. I've replaced this mill with a new one but kept this to see if I could fix it. I cleaned up the bushings that had malt powder debris caked on so it now all spins freely. The adjustable roller set screws were seized so I drilled them out and re-tapped them. Still, the mill does not grip grain. One thing I noticed is that when I put it together backwards the first time I had to spin it counter clockwise and it worked ok. Then I reassembled it so it was back to normal clockwise rotation and it stopped gripping, telling me that the knurled roller is likely worn down in one direction.
All that being said, I'm giving it away for free to whomever wants it. You can likely flip it upside down and run it backwards to get the reverse rolling gripping like I noted above. I'm just done with it and want it out of my basement. Free to whomever wants it. Comes with hopper, manual removable crank handle and MDF stand to fit over a bucket - standard issue with the Barley Crusher (at least at the time I purchased it).
