Hoping to sneak in a brew day later today or tomorrow.

Trying a new recipe and can't seem to find any Galena Hops locally.

If anybody has some extras they would be willing to sell I'd be mighty grateful. Only need 1 oz for the recipe

Here’s a question - why Galena? It was usually used as a bittering hop before it was replaced by newer higher alpha bittering varieties. If it’s for bittering just use something else.

Hey Marc, I don't have any Galena, but I have over 20 other varieties to choose from with more arriving soon.

Everything is packaged in 4 ounce packages. The more you buy, the lower the price per ounce.
I'm also carrying a bit of Escarpment Labs yeast, next order is Feb 26th (text 902-240-0601 if interested).

Dammit, NB buying MW&B means the peninsula will likely become a beer ingredient desert again.

Which it kinda already was. I went in somewhat frequently since it's next door for me, but rarely for anything more than a hydrometer or an airlock. Still better than a lot of noble grapes in that they did have a limited but at least extant specialty grain section.

Ask even if you know they don't have it.

They will have to know there is money on beer.
