I have a ton of stuff for sale. A bunch of it is brand new. Some of it is my trusty brew gear from my entry into all grain. I kept changing my plan on how I wanted to transition into electric brewing, and so collected too much stuff. I ended up downsizing and went with Robobrew instead of completing the 3 vessel system. Passing stuff on.
I'll describe the items in detail below. I have put up what I think are fair prices, and would rather keep gear than sell if way below value/cost. I went on OBK/Everwood/Brewhardware/Canadian Tire to cost things out. There is a breakdown here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... sp=sharing
Photos in replies below:
1. Mash tun: 62 q Xtreme cooler and 3 piece ball lock/bulkhead/bazooka screen.
Price: $80 NEW PRICE $50 (this is much less than the price of the hardware by itself!)

SEE NOTE ABOUT NEXT FOUR ITEMS AFTER LISTING:
2. 19 gallon electric kettle, with unused stainless heating element and enclosure, pick up tube, and two 3-piece ball valves. There's a cord I stole from a dryer that you're welcome to, but otherwise you need to get the wire and plug. [I bought the kettle from here and added the other stuff, but never used it.]
Price: $250 NEW PRICE $190 [This is essentially just the cost of the pot. You get $150 worth of brand new stuff for free! You can also do $175 and I take off the pick up tube.]
3. 15 gallon kettle, bazooka screen, two 3-piece ball valves, whirlpool elbow, and sightglass. [This was my old system. Served me well!] Note the sightglass came with a thermometer. It wasn't long enough to get accurate readings but you're welcome to it. You can install a thermometer with a longer probe or a thermowell in the spot if you want though. It's set up for it.
Price: $170 NEW PRICE $125 [This is less than the cost of just the pot at Dave's ($119+HST). You get >$100 of add ons for free.]
4. Complete brew in a bag electric kit: Brew-boss controller, 15 gallon Bayou Classic kettle with colander, 5500 watt stainless element, 40 plate plate chiller, chugger pump, valves (3), 30 amp inline GFCI, custom made brew bag, silicone hose, and tons of camlocks. [Note: I bought this from a Brewnoser a bit over a year ago. He sold it to me without the wifi password, so it was functionally a brick and I could never use it. Grrrr. Anyway, I ended up just buying a new wifi card and swapping it out--which sounds a lot easier than it was!] I costed out just the GFCI, plate chiller, pump, valves, and camlocks--excluding the controller and kettle!--and it comes to >$800. I paid $800 for the package and another $50 for the bag. I just want back what I put in (you get the new wifi for free

Price: $850 NEW PRICE $725 [I am losing a bunch of money on this. It's a pretty killer deal as a stand alone or most of the beginning of a three vessel.]
5. Hotrod heat stick from Brewhardware.com ($72 USD), with 5500 watt ripple element, and 10' of 30 amp high temp wire ($17.50 USD). All brand new! [Note: This item cannot be purchased in Canada and is a pain to ship up. It would cost $166 without taxes/shipping. Since you can't get these here, I am asking essentially what I put in.]
Price: $150 NEW PRICE $125
NOTE: One option I thought about is to take the BIAB set up and swap the element wire for a 120 v and use it as a temp. controlled mash tun (the grain sits above the element in the colander and you could recirculate it to essentially create a giant Grainfather). You could then use the 30 amp cord to control the heat stick, which you could move between two other vessels to get a complete 3 vessel system on cheap. You'd have to add a switch to the cord for the pump, as there's only one 120 v plug on the controller, but honestly I'd rather control my pump manually then with a tablet anyway! Alternatively, you could do the same thing with the 19 gallon pot: wire its element to the Brew-Boss 30 amp cord and make the BIAB kettle a 120 v controlled mash tun. If you want to buy the BIAB and heat stick together, or the BIAB and the 19 gallon, I'll give you priority over anyone else who wants the heat stick or 19 gallon kettle. If you want the heat stick, 15 gallon kettle, and BIAB, I'll sell the whole lot for $1100.
