A lady I was working for had a tank that she doesn’t want, I haven’t even inspected it I just asked her in passing what she used it for and it was left in the house when they bought it. Just wondering what would be a good deal to try to get it for, I want to be fair but also get a deal haha

I would offer $50 for the tank maybe. I would give her $25 up front and then if it passes HYDRO, give her another $25. Honor system there.
Hydro is going to be $27.50, plus the fill as well. So you could be into it for just over $100, but for a full 20lb, that's a good deal I think. I suspect it is a steel tank. If aluminum it could be worth a bit more.

I sold a tank that needed hydro for in around $50 a year ago before planning the nano.
If Hydro is good $100 is fair.

I was leaning for $50 myself, it’s basically sight unseen at this point. I probably won’t do that $25/$25 deal because she is a customer and I don’t want to stress that relationship.

Yeah I’m guessing the tank hasn’t even been looked at in awhile, I’ll have to google how to check the hydro testing date on the tank. For all I know as well it could be mostly full. The flip side to the situation is I don’t need another tank and want to get a good deal myself for something that I don’t need/only use to keep a spare tank around.

That's a great haul! The kegs will clean up nice with some PWB and hot water.

I wouldn't try the pop, I am not sure when they stopped using them for pop. I don't think it was as long ago as Pepsi, but I think it's been a few years...
