Water'n'Wine Truro is growing, and we're hiring for another full-time position.

This is a retail sales position with opportunity for advancement. We are looking for a homebrewer with intermediate to advanced knowledge of all-grain brewing. Responsibilities include:

• Typical sales clerk duties
• Preparing orders and helping clients: weighing and milling grain, offering suggestions on recipes, substituting products, teaching people how to brew, use a hydrometer etc
• Lifting heavy things (60-70 lbs)

Since the business is primarily a wine ferment-on-premise facility, the job includes training for winemaking and the successful candidate will also help out on the wine side of things.
