It probably could, but since the compressor hump is at the bottom rear, you'd have to build a ledge or something to be even with the hump to fit the bucket.

I contacted them yesterday and it was sold

I'll try to give him a call to see if he's gotten that far yet. I've cut the inside of those fridges with a utility knife, though. Just be careful or you may have to name your brewery "7 finger saloon"

I'm the sucker that paid $100 for the same fridge, haha. Nice steal! Hard to find good deals in HRM....

I also used a utility knife to cut the inside of the door out. Once you get a hole started, its pretty easy. Just take your time.
