I don't know if these are the guys that are refurbishing cylinders and posting them.

looks like it was converted over from a fire extinguisher.

May have been. Many large companies just throw them out after time, regardless of their condition. All you need to do is pop in a valve, which are cheap.

If its the guys in Tantallon, they are refurbing fire extiinguishers. Just picked up a second 5 pounder from them.
