Seems decent, especially if full.

I'm half tempted to grab it to have a second bottle around here. I don't think my wallet is going to let me right now though…

Re: CO2 bottle for home brew
I sent a message to the seller saying I'd take it. It'd be a great start to my kegging system (I have the fridge and am looking to build on budget).

he's got 3 of them, a buddy of his fixes them up and they split the $ so hopefully it may be a somewhat steady supply at a decent price

These are empty. Is it still a good deal? Where can you gets these filled and how much will it run me. I have a 10lb that I got from Noble Grape, but I read they only fill their own.

That, I believe, is their policy. But there doesn't seem to be anything on them that indicates that they are their own (except my current tank actually has a tag on it that says NG - but are they going to refuse to refill it if I remove the tag? The last one didn't have one.) They don't refill, though - they trade.protectivedad wrote:These are empty. Is it still a good deal? Where can you gets these filled and how much will it run me. Don Brenton's in Lakeside will fill CO2 tanks. Probably about $25 for the fill.protectivedad wrote:These are empty. Is it still a good deal? Where can you gets these filled and how much will it run me. I have a 10lb that I got from Noble Grape, but I read they only fill their own.

I don't yet have access, but I think I'm over the five post requirement (as long as replies count). I'll see when I get access. I did notice a couple of posts mentioning Don Brenton's, I guess that is the go to place.

Re: CO2 bottle for home brew
I had my 10 Lb tank done at Don Brenton's in Lakeside this year. If my memory serves me right the Hydro cost $22:50 and the fill was $20.00. Just under $50.00 with taxes. Dropped it off one day and it was ready for pick up the next.
