I believe it's a coke heat exchanger - good for a jockey box provided you can get it clean. $200, but I bet you could talk them down - judging by the ad, they barely even know what they are selling.

Looks like there is a dual regulator involved too actually.

Re: Coke Heat Exchanger
yup....looks like dual regulator with high pressure hose, pinlock QD's and the cold plate. Price seems a bit high, try and negotiate them down. I had a chance to buy a used cold plate last year...kickin myself now...was only $35 :/

I'd offer $100 for the works if I didn't already have one and that regulator works.

Haha funny you say that, I actually ended up contacting the guy and offered $100. He said it's from the Khyber Club and hasn't been used in 4 years. That's when I replied with the $100 offer (haven't heard back) - 4 years is a long time to have pop sitting inside that cold plate. Are they made of aluminum? I'm a little nervous what acidic pop would do to it after that amount of time/what may be growing inside there.

The things are pretty heavy, and I'm not sure if it's SS or Aluminum. I have the feeling it's SS. In which case some hot caustic will take care of things. I see about 11 pin lock connectors there. If you can unload them for $3 each, it makes the deal sweeter.

Re: Coke Heat Exchanger
I had one of the plates last year when a friend gave me a jockey box but it had probably been sitting 10+ years and was super fucked. He wanted it back since I wasn't going to use it, but my memory tells me it looked like aluminum but you're right, they are heavy and aluminum is not. What do you use for caustic? I've got a jar of lye that I use for making soap but haven't used it for anything brewing related before.
I really just want the regulator more than anything (replace one of my singles). If I could sell the pin lock connectors and manage to clean up the cold plate, all the better - it would be super handy for the wedding we're brewing for.

The lines look very clean. Not that I would use them but the plate should be ok. I'll let you know.
The reg is a dual.

Doesn't pay to post ads of things you realize after the fact you would like to buy I guess.
