ISO - Quick Connect Fitting

I am looking for a male WD x 1/2” female NPT. Link below for reference. Photos of faulty fitting attached as well.

This one faulty piece is preventing me from using my herms setup. If someone has one, I would happily buy it and pick up. If not, I will get it from OBK and some other items I don’t necessarily need at the moment to justify the shipping.
