Solenoid and Cooling Lines

I have a solenoid valve? and some line for a cooling jacket that came with a conical I bought I bought a while ago. I never used it since I keep the conical in a fridge. I think it was Mr. X's originally. Don't ask me how to use it, because I never looked into it, I assume you need a temperature controller to operate it.

It's collecting dust at my place so if someone wants it it's free, I wouldn't turn down some home brew for it though haha!
