Just browsing through my flyers and I see that KENT has the 35L Safe-T-Cooker on for $99.99... desc:
35L, heavy duty aluminum pot with anti-overflow and drain. Includes anti-tip pot holder with built-in 50,000 BTU cast iron burner.
I would have gone this way but I pieced together a burner and built a keggle... good option for some getting started... IMHO. It has a drain valve and a stainless steel thermometer... maybe it would be a decent hot liquor tank to add to the system.

Re: Safe-T-Cooker
Great find. Thanks! I just recommended it to a friend who's looking to get started in all-grain.
On a side note, if you go to that link, the web "crumb" trail on the site reads: "Home > Interior > Electrical > Baseboard Heaters > Safe-T-Cooker". It appears this system will also double as a baseboard heater.
