[Wanted] Barrel Aged Ol' Fog Burner

Post by jeffsmith » Fri Nov 18, 2011 10:04 am

Just wondering if anyone might have a bottle or two of Garrison's Barrel Aged Ol' Fog Burner in their cellar that they wouldn't mind parting with for cash? I know it's likely a longshot (since it went pretty quickly), but it would be greatly appreciated!

Edit: Same goes for the Garrison/Phillips Belgian IPA mashup and last year's Spruce Beer.

Thanks!

:cheers2:

There might still be some bottles of that mash-up in the stores. IIRC, I saw it somewhere, maybe Premiere...?
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:

Thanks for the heads up. Will take a look next time I'm down.

I've got some cellared (with some of the same vintage that didn't go in the barrel) - but I'm not willing to sell it (I've not had any yet myself). I'll remember to let you know if I actually ever make a meeting - I'd be willing to share it.

:cheers2:

Thanks! I'm actually looking for a bottle for a buddy of mine (ex-pat Maritimer) to take back him with him when he visits next month. Definitely appreciate the offer though! :cheers3:

Pretty sure I have one Glenora I can spare. I'll double check when I get home. Beer is my choice of currency for beer though.

That would be excellent Bobby. Let me know and I'll see if I can come up with something that would be a worthy trade.
