It's a 1.5L heat exchanger machine that retails for $1400 +tax. It's a steaming monster and can easily pull shots and steam simultaneously, back to back, as fast as you can load it. Preheat time is ~ 30 mins.
It's 5 years old next month. I replaced the pressure-stat last year. I have always used filtered water only in it, backflush and clean it on a regular basis and descale it every 6 - 8 months. I pull 1, sometimes 2 double shots on it every morning, so it's hardly broken in
