It's rare that I brew a beer for the bmc crowd and really enjoy it myself but this one does the trick. Turned out great for an off the cuff recipe :cheers:

Looks good. Might be a reason to use up the last of my caravienne...
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:
