ABV 4.75
OG 1043
FG 1009

5 GAL

6# 2row
2# flaked rice
4 oz crystal 15

mash 152 degrees for 60 mins

60 MIN BOIL

4 grams columbus 60min
4 grams columbus 15min
whirl flock 5 min

YEAST 34/70 ... I pitch this yeast at 68f and hold there for 21 days then keg... Never a bad batch...
