[All Grain]Tall, Dark & Handsome - Robust Porter
Here is the Bronze Medal recipe for the 2015 Garrison Comp.
Note: The below is for a 10 gallon batch.
Beer Stats
OG: 1.060
IBU: 33.9
Color: 31.3 SRM
ABV: 5.5%
Water Profile
Additions to Pockwock Water for 16.46gal
6.1g Gypsum
9g Calcium Chloride
Grain
20lbs 1.4oz Superior Pale Malt
2lbs Melanoidin Malt
1lb 7oz Chocolate Malt
1lb 3oz Crystal 60
1lb Carapils
12oz Black Patent
Mash Temp: 169F
Mash Duration: 60 min
Hop Schedule
3.55oz Willamette @ 60 min
1.5oz Willamette @ 15 min
1.5oz Willamette @ Flame
Other
22 grams Yeast Safale US04 Dry (2 packs)
1 Whirlfloc Tablet @ 15 min

This is my advent beer that you tried at the exchange.
Just sub out 15% of the basemalt for 15% Cherrywood Smoke malt. If you want it smokier (I do), my next attempt will be 20% smoke malt.
As a note for everyone. Cherrywood is a mild smoke; Beechwood would be a bit stronger.
