Anyone want to attend? Anyone want to host? Any companies want to sponsor this?

I'll clear it with the wife but I'm willing to host. I'll be doing All grain Brew in a cooler, probably just a 5 gallon batch. May do a 5 gallon BIAB with it.

I'd like to attend. I'm trying to hammer out my process and watching more experienced brewers would be helpful.

Who said anything about watching. You be brewing my next batch biotch.

Get them scrubbing gloves on cause I'm going to give you the dirty bucket.

I can offer my place if we want a Halifax peninsula location as well. Anyone care to brew with me?

Unfortunately that is in Pictou with my grain :-/

I'm out for hosting tomorrow. Going to be a fair bit of rain and I brew outdoors without cover.

If you are stuck I can mill your grains or lend you my mill. I have to do Halloween with my little one and then I am free. I can either drop it off or you can pick it up/mill your grain at my house. I live over toward Mic Mac mall so it is a short drive from the peninsula.

Wow. I was about to give up on this but now it has come together. Now I have to get my shit together.

I have adequate coverage with an awning and a canopy. Alternatively I could clean out the garage and set up next door.

I propose starting around 10:00 (Liam are you up that early?) and running until the job is done or we're out of beer (to drink). Come and go as you please and bring beer if you can (I'm low so can't offer much to others). The barbecue will also be going so bring something to cook if you want to eat.

I'd like to do two batches of different styles to demonstrate some variety. I have enough gear to do two at once except for a second brew pot. Can someone lend me one? A grain mill would be helpful but we can get by with my food processor if necessary.

I have a 15 gallon pot and a mill you can borrow.

I will bring my 2nd pot. I won't be there at 10am but hopefully by 11

Kyle do you still need a mill? I am heading over that way to drop my son off at his grandmother's and I can drop it off on the way.

Derek brought his mill so we're good for gear now.

Brew water heating for one batch, grains grinding for another, recipe formulating for the third. Stop on by !

I wish I could have joined. Ended up helping a friend put on his first beer, and installed his 2 taps.
