Going to be staying at Cambridge Suites for the weekend so I don't mind transporting some if someone can supply coolers/bags.

I've got plenty of tubs that can be used to transport/sit kegs in, and I can help with filling them up in the AM.

I can pick up some ice if needed.

I'm throwing this thread together to better organize the ice gathering.

I can probably help with ice.

What's the easiest way to transport? I only have one cooler but I have some Rubbermaid totes tha might be useful?

Whatever you figure will be appropriate, I'm using totes as well.

I'm hoping Nash or the security guard will be able to let us in the parking lot adjacent to the properties, it will make transporting the ice easier.

I wonder if some dollies would help. I could bring one up Friday night....

I've got a dollie - geez that sounds weird. It'll make the trek to a parking lot a bittt easier.

So, ice is still on at H&T for 10am? It's this at The front doors or is there a loading door or something? I have a couple of bins.

No bins, but I can provide a vehicle for hauling ice if it's needed.

I've got hphinters large white cooler here if anyone wants to grab it and get it filled.

Jeff, I wouldn't worry about picking up the cooler beforehand, but your help at the H&T will be appreciated. I've got more than enough tubs, and we can transfer some from a really full one into the cooler. AKA, I've got more tubs than I can pack in my vehicle, when they are full of ice.
