Yep. Got the same email. I'll probably go. I assume they're charging for the beer but I could be wrong.

I'm assuming that as well. I guess they are launching a 15th anniversary beer at the even. Anyhow, I think Gavin and I will check it out.

"Finger foods, mingling, and launching our new 15th anniversary beer " according to the message I just received from their marketing woman.

Hopefully they don't do beer ticket bullshit like they have at some events in the past. I usually either end up drunker than I would like or with unused tickets at the end of the night. I wonder what this mystery anniversary beer is going to be...

Not sure if anyone else is planning on going to this aside from Ben so I'll say it to you but it also applies to anyone else as well
I'm off work tomorrow at lunch time so I'll probably head down to the Rockbottom mid-afternoon for a few beers/food before the Garrison event. Gavin and my cousin will be joining me at some point as well, but of course the more the merrier. If you feel like meeting up before hand just send me a PM or just show up at the RB - although I'm not sure if we'll end up eating there as well or not. I'll definitely be there for a few beers prior to supper though.

I might be going to the Garrison launch, but I won't be d-town much earlier.

Well if anything changes and you'll be down earlier, you have my number! If not, we'll see you at the brewery!

I forgot about the InfoAM birthday party tomorrow morning, so I'll be cramming my run in after work. No pre-fest beer for me. Thanks for the invite though!

Garrison's twitter says they are closed tonight at 7 for 'private' function. I assume this means to go you need to RSVP?

Looking unlikely I'll be able to make it. I had RSVP'ed (for 2), but hadn't heard back whether I was "accepted" or not anyway.

Too bad - it was a great night! They certainly exceeded my expectations.

I didn't hear back either, but security was pretty spectacular.

Haha indeed it was. The guy stopped me at the door and said "this is a private event". I replied "I know". I guess that was the secret password?!

I was able to drop in on Friday and tried a sample of their mash-up baltic porter with Phillips (it was fantastic) and of course the new 15th brew. I grabbed a few bottles and uploaded a review this morning to my YT channel.
