When is it Feb 5th?

Nothing planned yet but I can make a plan for Rockbottom in a hurry if there's any interest. I could do a firkin at Hoppy hour prices and run a few food specials or something.... :cheers2:

Yeah, it's february 5th. I used to do stuff at the house, but it tends to interfere with Shelley's job now, so I'm looking for something else. I think a Brewnosers get-together at the RB would be excellent, if there's nothing else on the go. Speak up people.

I could go for that. I can even sit with my back to the TV.

Something needs to be done. I am voting for a Brewnosers event at the RB on the 5th. Most likely a hockey game on in the afternoon as well.

I might make it down, but don't count on it. It will depend on too many variables to commit myself at this point.

NASH, can you set the primo up in the brewery? Maybe do up some REAL chicken wings?

Nash, you don't have the key to the city do you? You could have part of Spring Garden Rd. shut down for us... We'll all bring our charcoal grills and sit the street drinking award winning beer and grilling wings and sausages...

I'll be on my way back from Gagetown :(

If I get back in time, I may be in for a pint at the end.... but I doubt it.

Great ideas!

I plan to do a little smokey cooking for y'all myself that day (maybe the Primo will appear under the hood in the kitchen, hehe). The question is what to cook? Brisket and mac'n cheese, smoked eye of round for beef dip, pulled pork sounds a little boring but always tasty and we could do it up into poutine format or something, brisket poutine would be good for that matter. Thoughts, ideas?

I'll likely push for hoppy hour prices on the beer, there may not be enough of us to drain a firkin though. Need PINs (mini firkins)....

yeah, haven't had poutine in a while. Brisket/pp would be good. Smoked e-o-r sounds really good too as a dip. nachos make me happy when I'm havin' a brew....
