Sounds like a fun time! Wish I had known about the ustream, would have checked it out. May watch the recordings today if I get a chance, I have a feeling there would be a few chuckles!
Nice job guys, missing the Brewnosers!

I think next time, we should do a spam pm so we reach more people.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter.

There was a spam pm, about the event Itself. But maybe a second about the ustream would have been good too.mr x wrote:I think next time, we should do a spam pm so we reach more people.

Oh goodness, you guys are patient to have watched the stream. I was there and I find it boring.
We need to pull out the funny/interesting parts (me burning my hand hair, the cold break [which I subsequently ate], spilling the fermcap [which I subsequently ate], etc).

Transferred my beer to the keg today. Finished at 1.012, so with the elevated OG, I think the ABV is right around 6%, decidedly higher than the 4% we were aiming for.
Trying it warm and flat, it is hotter than it should be, but I think I'll be enjoying it chilled and with some carbonation.
