There's not many choices that are close. I have a portable dolly that may help.

I'll have to set it up Friday for you, you'll have to go in or call a number I give you to get the security guard to come open the gate to let you in :cheers2:

Maybe I could coordinate with you, Kyle, and we can carpool down from your place to h&t. Save the security guard some legwork. :)

Any thoughts on other mains/sides to bring? I've got a keg and tank/reg all set. I'll grab lots of ice with Kyle.

We've got:

coleslaw
potato salad
beans
brisket
pulled pork
corn
chili? Tim
smoked cheese? Jeff
nash?

...so I think we have the food pretty well covered, but crackers are always useful.

If I manage to reach my ex-landlord in Halifax & get my rental deposit back, I can bring food, otherwise it's just me, beer, and something small like chips or bread or carrots or whatever we need on that kind of scale.

Edit: I read X's post more closely and apparently crackers are needed. I will find some. Any preferences on type?
Brewing right now: whatever is going on tap at Stillwell in a few weeks.

Don't worry about breaking your budget Ben. There will be lots of beer and food. If you want to grab some crackers, just grab something that works with cheese.

I'm in as well. If we've got the coolers, I can fit a few in the truck.

If anybody is looking for something food wise to bring, a bag of mini ciabatta type buns would probably come in handy.

Costco sells those, for anyone who has a membership and is headed that way.

I can grab them
"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

Bring some. I'll grab about 20 mini buns, and if we get a few people to grab 10-15 each, that should be enough.

Speaking of buns - you're in trouble for turning us on to "Two if By Sea". :-) Marta goes for the coffee, but I go for the croissants - and they're not on her diet...
Currently on tap: Nothing!

Is there any ahead of time prep required on the corn?

And is anyone driving back to the dark side who could take a passenger?

I'm still planning on bringing pie. How many should I bring? I was going to do up the dough tonight and I was thinking 2, but with 30 people that might not be enough.

Is it alright if I bring a friend along? He is a big beer lover and generously donating me a place to crash Saturday night.

I am bringing a keg of Propeller Pale that I will have fcuked with - green or dry hopping (or both).

Coke fittings.... do I need to bring my own gas, taps and fittings? Or would someone like to try fixing my beer engine?
