We'll be making a Mexican side dish. I don't know what though. We'll figure it out when we hit up a grocery store in the morning.

I'll try and get a Mexican side together too.

Sorry, hogie, what time are you guys starting brewing? (on my cell, tough to re-read the entire thread). How much hops did you want, and any Noble hop is fine?

Anyone besides hogie and HBC (and TimG whio will be busy) want to brew?

We won't be starting any earlier than 2, likely around 3.

4oz of a Noble hop + 1oz bittering hop (Magnum?) would be fantastic if you have some to spare!

I'll probably be around for the brew, but I'm strictly and observer/helper. I don't need any more beer. I have some Hal Trad (I think these are halertau?) that I can spare if you need them.

The more talk of brewing, I wouldn't mind brewing an ESB. No starter (and no time to make one) so I may just pick up a packet of US-04 at NG tonight. I'll piece together the recipe tomorrow. So Chalmers and Tim Gregory.. you're more than welcome to help me with that! :)

I'm trying to arrange a DD to go to and from Dartmouth... Is the brewing starting at 3? What time will we be eating? And what time is it likely over? I'm New to these outings, do you guys leave the wives at home?

Marta (Derek's wife) is almost always at the Saturday events. Others, such as Michelle (Keggermeister's wife) come on occasion. Not sure how many women will be at this one, but she's welcome to come!
Brewing right now: whatever is going on tap at Stillwell in a few weeks.

We should convince Peter & his wife to come out.

Excellent. I'm supposed to have checked in with him this week but I've been getting up to speed with my job.

I'm not sure if Shelley will come out or not, but I think I'm safe in saying that women are always welcome and encouraged. Cheesecake is in the oven.

X, you don't remember? Ha

Brewing time.. I think I will be brewing early to late afternoon, Hogie and Homebrewcrew will be brewing mid afternoon to early evening.

Food, snacks all the say and the "meal" around 7-8?

Unless folks would prefer earlier?

I was certainly hoping to see Tim repeat the instructional aspects, as I missed yours.

Rejoining the thread I started some time ago and not wanting to review the dozen pages I missed, I ask whether there is a summary of what I need to know for tomorrow or not.
